About Us

The CHBA - Lethbridge Region is your local representative for the residential construction industry in South Western Alberta.

When you join the Canadian Home Builders' Association - Lethbridge Region, you automatically become a member at the provincial and national levels, and receive services from all three levels. Here's a quick look at the benefits CHBA membership provides:

Locally

The CHBA - Lethbridge Region offers monthly meetings, newsletters, publications, workshops, access to expert advice, marketing campaigns, demonstration projects, awards programs, social activities...a full slate of services and activities that provides you the opportunity to make business contacts, gain knowledge and build your visibility with consumers.

CHBA members represent every area of Canada's housing industry - new home builders and renovators, land developers, trade contractors, product and material manufacturers, building product suppliers, lending institutions, insurance providers, service professionals and others.

For over fifty years, the CHBA has worked to build a strong and professional housing industry in Canada. Our activities are centered in three areas:

1.Working to achieve a stable business environment for our members.

The CHBA is committed to a fair and competitive marketplace, where all members have the opportunity to operate their business profitably.

2.Working to promote and protect the interests of consumers.

The CHBA believes that all Canadians have the right to decent, safe and appropriate housing. We also believe that all Canadians have the right to a reasonable opportunity to own a home.

3.Working to support the professionalism of our members.

We believe that skills, experience and integrity are the cornerstones of professionalism. CHBA provides members with opportunities to learn, grow and take pride in what they do.
